Free Shipping Is Valid To All 48 Contiguous States In The United States INCLUDING (Excluding Alaska):

If you want to return a “returnable” product to us YOU Are Responsible To pay the shipping charges it cost us to send the order to you AND the shipping charges to return the products back to us. There are more charges than just the shipping charges--like credit card fees, box costs, labor etc. We take the loss for those costs

Any product being returned must be in brand new condition, well wrapped & perfectly boxed so it arrives back to us in perfect condition. You must SAVE the Boxes your order arrived in. After & only after we receive your order back in perfect condition Will we credit you the original selling price--minus the shipping charges BOTH WAYS. This must take place in a 30 day time period from The date of your order. Longer than that will not qualify. RECEIVING a Delivery. When receiving a delivery if there is obvious damage To the carton YOU MUST inspect the contents for damage. YOU MUST sign the delivery receipt stating any damages BEFORE the driver leaves. Call us immediately for assistance. CONCEALED Damages. You must inspect the contents of your order right away after you receive it.

If the cartons are all perfect, but you find a damage, you have 4 days from the delivery date. To call us & report it. Please understand the products leave our facilities in perfect condition. From there the trucker assumes a responsibility that the products will be delivered in perfect condition. After you sign for the delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.

If a trucker cannot make the delivery you will be charged the shipping charges that it cost to Bring the furniture to you AND the charges to return it. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. The delivering trucker will call you to schedule the day of delivery.
